Youth Empowerment
ECDC after-school program encompasses tutoring, educational and cultural enrichment, mentoring, test preps and summer programs for youth at the elementary and middle school levels. Presently 30 plus youth attend the program.
Helping Hand
We provide the tools and opportunities that support community members, businesses and organizations to make informed choices and take actions to improve their culture, educational, social and financial well-being.

ECDC helps this diverse and needy community access opportunities and residents realize their dreams through a combination of counseling, housing, economic development, and youth-centered initiatives.
